Fresh Ugandan Apple Banana

Apple Bananas are commonly categorized by their size texture and flavor.  They are shorter than regular Cavendish bananas and more plump. Also known as Sweetie Banana, Fig Banana. Country: Uganda 

Taste-wise it is both sweet and tangy while unripe.  When it becomes fully ripe the flavors become sweeter, richer and creamier than regular cavendish bananas.  They are meant to have a large armount if black spots on them before consuming.  If consumed while yellow like a regular cavendish banana they won’t be very flavorful.

Provides a good source of Potassium, Vitamin A & Vitamin C & B-Vitamins.
