Fresh Mangosteen

Sweet, delicious and juicy mangosteen. Mangosteen is a fruit with purple, hard skin, with a sweet taste inside. 

Mangosteen is rich in dietary fibers and low in calories. It contains Vitamin C, Vitamin B9, B1, B2, Manganese, Copper and Magnesium. Mangosteen is also rich in antioxidants. 

The skin is inedible. Cut and remove the skin using a knife. Start cutting small from the middle of the fruit and twist the upper part. The inside part, white and juicy, will be ready to eat.
