Real Jamaican Pimento Leaves 10g

Pimento leaves are an integral part of the Jerking process in achieving that authentic Jamaican taste that has become world renowned. To use as a part of the marinade process, wash the leaves, crush them into finer bits and rub on poultry/meat with other seasoning to include pimentoberries.

Pimento Leaves – The Pimento or Jamaican Allspice leaf, contains as much if not more flavor than the Pimento Berries used for spice. Throw them on the coals for a spicy smoke or place in a pan of water, over the heat, to create an incredibly flavorful steam for any meat.
